March Finish

March is marching right on by....so we figured we'd end it with a bang. A.K.A. a finished quilt.

The fabric is our favorite line: Wallflowers plus a few random prints thrown in. Did we mention that it is our favorite?

We finally decided to go with a simple all over loopy machine quilting design. When in doubt, keep it simple.

Our Etsy shop is emptying out...and we listed this one just in the nick of time. Happy quilting!!

Little Elephant Quilt

 

A few weeks ago we finished making this baby boy elephant quilt. Yowsers! We are a little late at blogging about it. 

We CUT the blocks 8" x 8" for the big squares, and 4" x 8" for the rectangles. Each row has 4 rectangles and 4 squares in it, with 8 rows in total. The finished quilt is a crib size at 44" x 60"

So that finishes up our last custom order. Hopefully we can get back on our feet and crank out the blog posts. Here's hoping ;)

Popping In

We take our quilting very seriously...hence the In-N-Out Drink ;) Hey, you can't blame us...this is the 10th time we've been here this week :) That might be a little bit of an exaggeration, but sadly it's still pretty close to the truth.
